Info on Boarding
We require all animals boarding to have updated vaccines which include Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough) , and DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, lepto, parvo, parainfluenza).
We also ask that your pet be free of any internal/external parasites. We will ask to see proof of shot records before admitting your pet for boarding. Records can be faxed to us at (423) 318-0924, or you can bring a copy in on day of drop off.
We strongly recommend bringing your pet with their own food to avoid upset stomach/diet change. If you do not bring your pets own food, we will provide food free of charge. We also provide all blankets and bowls, but feel free to bring your pets own beds, blankets, or bowls for their stay. You may also bring any toys or treats you would like but please avoid bringing any rawhide bones as those are dangerous.
All dogs will be kept in one of our outdoor covered 6 X 12 ft runs with access to an indoor cubby where they can eat and sleep. We exercise three times a day.
A bath on day of dismissal is highly recommended!
Pets will be discharged only during REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. Attempting to pick up anytime after hours will result in being charged for that day.
Aggressive and Destructive Dogs
If a dog boarding shows signs of aggression, we have the right to stop all exercise time in order to keep our staff safe. An extra fee may be applicable.
As for destructive dogs, there will be an up-charge per night of pets stay for any damaged items that will need to be replaced.
If you know your pet will be aggressive or destructive, we would like to know ahead of time so we can figure out how to best accommodate them!
